Salon Policies


Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule conflicts and adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully REQUIRE MORE THAN 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel or make changes less than 12-24 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will need to prepay in order to book a future hair service.

No Call / No Show / Late Arrivals

If you are ten or more minutes late to an appointment, you will need to either reschedule or we will do a service that requires less time in order to work you in. I work on a tight schedule in order to keep my day running smoothly.  If you no call or no show for an appointment you will need to pay for your past service before you are able make a new appointment.

I work hard to meet the demands for your service and appreciate your prompt and courteous business. Thank you for understanding.

Minor customers: Children are required to wear a mask at all times (including during the service) while in the salon during the pandemic. I understand it can be scary for some children. I will do my best to help them feel safe and relaxed to enjoy their pampering. Therefore, if the child is extremely upset, I have the right to discontinue the service.

Privacy Policy

I will never sell or share your personal information, including e-mail, phone number or other information regarding your personal hair services. 

Product Returns

If you are unhappy with a retail product you purchase from the salon, please feel free to return it for a refund or exchange it for another product. This does not include hair extensions. 

Adjustments / Refunds

I DELIGHT MYSELF ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.
I do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify me within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work I performed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you for a service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost. Only to the original requested service. I will make my best effort to make it right for you!
